Wall panels arrive pre-built and pre-primed with siding and trim already attached, so assembly is fastening finished sections together rather than cutting raw lumber. Little Cottage Co.'s general estimate is 4 to 8 hours for two adults on a panelized kit; given the porch and dormers on the 9x8, expect to land toward the longer end, closer to a full day. Shingles, drip-edge, and exterior paint are purchased separately. Sizing runs from 9x8 up through 11x8, 11x10, and 11x12, and each size can be built with or without the optional interior loft.
