Cape Cod Playhouse - Panelized Kit with Floor & Chimney

The Cape Cod Playhouse borrows its look straight from New England seaside architecture — a pair of dormers, shutters, and flower boxes dress up what would otherwise be a simple gable roofline. The 4' x 6' version covers the compact end of the size range, giving smaller yards a real wood-framed playhouse with working windows and a proper door rather than a molded plastic shell.

Like every Little Cottage Co. panelized kit, the walls come pre-assembled and pre-primed, siding and trim already in place, so there's no on-site cutting — just joining labeled panels together with the included hardware. Company assembly guidance runs 4 to 8 hours for two adults depending on the kit's size, and the 4x6 sits at the faster end of that window. Customers still need to source shingles, drip-edge, and exterior paint. The Cape Cod is also offered in 6x8, 8x8, 8x10, and 8x12 sizes, each with optional deck & rail and optional interior loft add-ons.
