It's built from UV-inhibited HDPE poly lumber engineered to shrug off sun, rain, and years of outdoor use with almost no upkeep.
This chair is handcrafted from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) reclaimed largely from post-consumer plastic, like used milk jugs. The recycled material is decontaminated and re-compounded into solid poly boards before being shaped into the finished piece — the resulting lumber runs over 90% recycled content by weight.
